Do I need my VSP card?
It helps, but it’s not required. Your name, date of birth and the primary member’s name usually let us look up your plan.
Can I use VSP for contacts and glasses?
Many plans cover one or the other each benefit period, with discounts on the second. We’ll check your plan.
Does VSP cover medical eye visits?
VSP is a vision plan, so medical problems like infections or dry eye are usually billed to your medical insurance instead.
Can I book my whole family?
Yes. Each covered family member has their own benefits, and we can schedule everyone back to back.
