How much does the Essential Vision Plan cost?
$129 per person, per year. Your first routine eye exam is included, and you save on exams, glasses and contact lenses for a full 12 months.
Who is the Essential Vision Plan for?
Anyone without vision insurance, or whose plan doesn’t cover much. It’s especially popular with self-employed families and people between jobs.
Is this insurance?
No. It’s a discount membership offered only at Radiant Optometry. It doesn’t pay for services. You pay the discounted price at the time of your visit.
Can family members share one membership?
Memberships are individual and can’t be transferred, but every family member can enroll.
Can I use it with my insurance?
No. The plan can’t be combined with other vision insurance.
Is the membership fee refundable?
No. The annual fee is non-refundable.
Important details
The Essential Vision Plan is a discount program, not insurance. It does not pay for any services or products and does not meet minimum creditable coverage requirements under state or federal law. Members pay discounted fees in full at the time of service. Memberships are for individual members only, are non-transferable, cannot be combined with any vision insurance plan, and are valid only at Radiant Optometry. The membership fee is non-refundable. Discounts are subject to change.
