Same-day glasses in Bellflower

Walk in blurry. Walk out clear.

Broke your glasses? Starting a new job? Kid sat on their frames before school? For many prescriptions, we can have new glasses ready the same day. Have a current prescription? Check it below or give us a call.

Overview

Because life doesn’t wait a week

Most optical shops send your order to an outside lab and you wait a week or two. For many single-vision prescriptions, we can cut and fit your lenses in-house, so you can pick up your new glasses the same day you order them.

Same-day service depends on your prescription, our lens stock, the frame you choose and the time of day. Same-day glasses are paid out of pocket and aren’t billed to insurance. Use the same-day check below, or call (562) 867-4716 and we’ll tell you whether yours qualifies.

Can my glasses be ready today?

No luck? We can order your lenses from our lab. Just call us for timing.

SPHCYL Right eye (OD) Left eye (OS)

This check runs on your device. Your prescription isn’t saved or sent anywhere.

How to read your prescription
  • OD is your right eye and OS is your left eye.
  • SPH (sphere) is the main power. A minus sign (−) means nearsighted, plus (+) means farsighted. “Plano” or “PL” means 0.00.
  • CYL (cylinder) corrects astigmatism. If it’s blank or says “DS” or “sph”, choose 0.00.
  • AXIS doesn’t affect availability, so you can skip it.
  • ADD is extra reading power for bifocals or progressives.
