What do I need to bring?
A photo ID and your EyeMed member ID card, or the member’s name and date of birth.
How often can I use EyeMed?
Most plans allow an exam and eyewear every 12 or 24 months. We’ll confirm your dates.
Can I use EyeMed for medical visits?
No. EyeMed covers routine vision care. Medical eye problems are billed to your health insurance.
Can I get same-day glasses with EyeMed?
Same-day glasses are paid out of pocket and aren’t billed to EyeMed. To use your EyeMed benefits, we’ll order your glasses through your plan instead, which takes longer than same day.
